Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a Residential Security company (Access Control, CCTV, Burg) that is seeking a Service Manager in the Los Angeles area due to their rapid growth phase. Certifications in Hanwha, Lenel, Elk or Software House is a plus.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee our residential security service operations. The Service Manager will ensure high?quality installation, maintenance, and support for all security systems, manage a team of technicians, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a hands?on leader with excellent technical knowledge and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations including maintenance and repair of CCTV, burglar alarm, and access control systems.
• Manage, train, and mentor service technicians to ensure consistent quality and professionalism.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently while meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor service KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of service parts and equipment.
• Work with security systems from Elk, Honeywell, Hanwha, Dahua, Hikvision, and Software House.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of experience in residential security systems, preferably with CCTV, burglar alarms, and access control.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Elk, Honeywell, Hanwha, Dahua, Hikvision, and Software House systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with smart home integration security devices.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations.
• Basic understanding of networking and IP?based security systems.
